Terms of use

1. Acceptance. By playing Immortal Chronicles (Tu Tiên Ký) you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy (https://thanhnguyen6702.github.io/tutienky-legal/privacy.html). You must be 13 or older; if you
   are under the age of majority where you live, a parent / guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Accounts. Your account is created anonymously (a guest account) and is tied to your device only: uninstalling, clearing app
   data or changing phones loses the character and we cannot restore it. From Qi Refining stage 5 you can register the account
   (a game username + password, or Google / Apple; through Village Chief Ly or Settings > Account); only a registered account can
   sign in on another device. Keep your password secret.
   Do not sell, rent or share accounts.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT OR ABUSIVE USERS. In chat, character names and sect names you must NOT:
   - insult, harass, bully, threaten, incite violence or self-harm;
   - post hate or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
   - post sexual content; ANY content that abuses, sexualises or grooms children (reported to the authorities);
   - scam, impersonate staff / moderators, advertise, spam, trade accounts / items for real money;
   - share personal information of yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, passwords, Google / Apple accounts);
   - cheat, use third-party software, exploit bugs or attack the servers.

4. Safety tools. Profanity is masked automatically. Tap a player's name to Block (hides their messages, friend requests and party /
   sect / duel invites) or Report (the message is attached as evidence). Block list: Pause > Account > Block list.

5. Enforcement. Moderators review reports within 24 hours and may: remove content, warn, mute temporarily or permanently, rename a
   character / sect, disband a sect, or ban the account — without notice for serious violations. Appeals: support.feedback.vn@gmail.com.

6. Your content. You keep the rights to your messages but allow us to store them, show them to other players in that channel and use
   them as evidence when handling reports. We are not responsible for content created by other players.

7. Virtual items. Spirit stones, items, realms etc. are game data with no real-money value, cannot be exchanged, and may be rebalanced
   or reset when needed. The game currently sells nothing for real money.

8. Service. The game needs a network connection; servers may be under maintenance or unavailable. The game is provided "as is"; to
   the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

9. Termination. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time (Pause > Account > Delete account, or
   https://thanhnguyen6702.github.io/tutienky-legal/delete-account.html). We may ban accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes & governing law. These Terms may be updated; important changes are announced in the game and may require you to agree
    again. Governing law: the laws of Vietnam.
