Delete your Immortal Chronicles account
This page is for players of Immortal Chronicles (Vietnamese name: Tu Tiên Ký; developer: Thanh Nguyen) who want to delete their account and the associated data.
Option 1 — In the game (fastest)
- Open the game and tap Menu → Settings (Cài đặt) → the Account (Tài khoản) tab.
- Choose Delete account (Xóa tài khoản) at the bottom of the list.
- Read the warning, type XOA and tap Delete permanently (Xóa vĩnh viễn).
Option 2 — You can't open the game
Email support.feedback.vn@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Immortal Chronicles account" and include:
- your Player ID if you have it, or your character name and the linked Google / Apple account;
- proof that you own the account: send the email from the address of the registered Google / Apple account. An account registered with a game username can sign in on any device and delete itself in the game (Option 1); a guest (unregistered) account can only be proven from its own device.
We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
After a request the account is kept for 7 days so you can change your mind (log in and choose Cancel deletion (Hủy yêu cầu xóa)). After 7 days the server permanently deletes, with no way to restore:
- your account, signed-in devices, username + password hash and Google / Apple links;
- characters, cultivation progress, equipment, items, spirit stones and quest progress;
- friends, sect membership and every chat message you sent;
- open auction listings are ended and the seller name is removed.
What is kept, and for how long
- moderation reports involving you: until resolved + 180 days (community safety);
- anti-fraud audit logs: 90 days, not linked to any existing account.
Delete some of your data without deleting your account
Email support.feedback.vn@gmail.com with your Player ID (from the email of the registered Google / Apple account, or with in-game proof such as a screenshot of Settings → Account) and tell us what to delete, for example:
- the chat messages you sent;
- your registered login (username + password, Google or Apple): the account goes back to a device-only guest;
- your block list;
- moderation reports you filed.
We process requests within 30 days.
Some data also expires on its own: private messages after 30 days, sect chat after 7 days, zone / party chat after 24 hours, world chat keeps only the latest 200 messages, server audit logs after 90 days.
Data saved on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app. Details: Privacy policy.
